Here at ServerSitters Inc., we are well versed in the various support models and approaches. The approach that we typically utilize is the Classic Life Cycle Model to construct a support solution designed to suit your needs. This approach was originally used to assist system development teams in designing software for mainframe based systems.

The components of the Classic Approach are as follows:

Preliminary Investigation
The main objectives of this phase are to ensure that the proposed support aligns with organizational goals and is achievable with current technology, assigned budget, and available resources. ServerSitters Inc. will work closely with your company's management in charge of this project to examine these details.

Requirements Determination
The purpose of this stage is to learn exactly what takes place with your current support. In this phase, ServerSitters Inc., together with your project manager, will research on the exact process required to implement the new support solution. We will fully document the requirements, and design a recommendation on various proposed solutions. At the end of this phase, ServerSitters, Inc. will present the Functional Specifications for your review.

Support Development
This is the phase in which we begin to develop and construct the necessary requirements for your support needs. Tools are designed or placed in to action and relationships defined. The end product of this phase will be the functioning and documented support model.

Support Testing
As the name suggests, this phase is to ensure that the support model complies with the Functional Specifications. In addition, test data will be prepared for this phase to ensure that the support system is reliable and accurate.

Support System Implementation
Finally, after the above phases have been completed and approved, we will be ready to go "live" with the full implementation of your new support system.
