Release of Information
At ServerSitters we understand the importance of our clients privacy. We are committed to keeping your information inside of our corporation. We will not release your information to any other party, nor will we sell that information for profit. We believe all of our clients deserve the utmost privacy while working through ServerSitters.
We will not pass on any user information unless otherwise given personal permission from the client. Passwords and other data will not be shared unless directed to through specialized permission by the client. The only information that may be shared is non-personal information in order for promotions.
Billing and Personal Information
Billing addresses and other personal information will not be shared unless we have reason to believe that it is necessary by law. If we believe that the client or surrounding party is in any way causing injury to a member of ServerSitters or another party, or that ServerSitters rights are being violated, then we will disclose this information to the third party that we feel the law requires us to involve. Otherwise, there will be no release of this information.
Credit Card transactions are processed through a reputable institution working along side of ServerSitters. The information for our clientele's credit will be given to this company in order to process and authorize monetary exchanges, but will not pass ServerSitters and the involved monetary company.

This privacy policy was created in order to protect the rights of both ServerSitters, and their clientele. It can be used to help the client understand what information will and will not be released without his or her personal permission. This policy is subject to change at anytime and will be updated on ServerSitters.com if changes do occur.
