Technical Support Representative
As a Technical Support Representative (TSR) with ServerSitters, you will be responsible for responding to customer support and technical inquiries via helpdesk, live chats and phones as required.
Must Have Skills
- Familiarity with Webhosting technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Beneficial Skills
- Linux/UNIX experience.
- Windows server experience.
- Programming or web design experience.
- Fluent in a second language.
Linux/Windows System Administrator
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to technical support issues when necessary, as well as correcting server related problems on Linix/UNIX or Windows servers. In addition, you may be required to write short bash scripts, maintain internal systems and other systems administration tasks. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.
Must Have Skills
- Familiarity with webhosting technologies and web servers.
- Linux/UNIX experience.
- Windows server experience.
- Programming or web design experience would be a great asset.
