The MAIN reason I would go with ServerSitters is that they do server Admin work as well as bullet fast tech support. All of the other support outfits only answer emails, etc. ServerSitters is like having an in-house tech support team AND a system admin.
I have been looking for a company that has techs located in the United States or Canada to do my support for my hosting company. I was given ServerSitters as a reference and I am so glad I have them. I have been with ServerSitters since November of last year. I love them! I got to the point where I couldn’t support all of my clients. Here is what I know to be a fact:

I’m convinced, both by speaking with you and by speaking with others who use your services, that your knowledge of the system and your prompt attention to client’s concerns are worth far more in maintaining customer relationships than any slight monthly financial advantage of a low-cost alternative would be.
