The MAIN reason I would go with ServerSitters is that they do server Admin work as well as bullet fast tech support. All of the other support outfits only answer emails, etc. ServerSitters is like having an in-house tech support team AND a system admin.

I have been with ServerSitters since November of last year. I love them! I got to the point where I couldn’t support all of my clients. Here is what I know to be a fact:
1. My company size has doubled without spending a dime on marketing since ServerSitters took over my account.
2. I now have 30% of my orders coming from personal referrals. This is an amazing stat as we did a less than 5% referral basis last year.
I am convinced and anyone who wants to speak with me personally may do so. I really like these guys (& gals).

I’m convinced, both by speaking with you and by speaking with others who use your services, that your knowledge of the system and your prompt attention to client’s concerns are worth far more in maintaining customer relationships than any slight monthly financial advantage of a low-cost alternative would be.
