This is a short (13 minute) documentary about the Internet archive. It features Brewster Kahle, founder of the Internet Archive and his colleagues Robert Miller, director of books, and Alexis Rossi, director of web collections discussing their attempt to offer free universal knowledge to everyone! Their mission includes archiving the Internet as a whole, as well as scanning and recording Books, Music, Movies, and TV Broadcasts.
At the time this documentary was made, they had just reached 10 petabytes of data recorded (1,000,000,000,000,000 bytes).
In the video, you can see the actual servers that hold all this data, and a brief explanation on how the mange to house this data center without using any air conditioning.
